FREE Surfboard Pickup In-Store

If you are based in California you can select "In-Store Pickup" as a FREE shipping option.
Call or text Toby at 760.845.1983 to arrange FREE pick up of your board(s) purchased online.
If you are just getting accessories, shipping is free and at this time we are not doing in-store pick up of purely accessory purchases.

Surfboard Shipping rates:

West Coast USA - Up to 6'10 $99 | Above 7'0+ $149
Rest of USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) - Up to 6'10 $149 | Above 7'0+ $199
Boards ship UPS Ground or Daylight Transport LTL Freight
5-7 business days plus packing | Most boards arrive within 10 days from ordering
Hawaii & Alaska - currently we are not shipping surfboards to Hawaii or Alaska. Used Surfboards Hawaii, based in Honolulu, Oahu, carry Culture Supply surfboards. Unfortunately, a recent fire at their shop may impact supply.

Accessory Shipping Rates: All accessory purchases ship FREE via UPS or US Postal Service - 3-5 business days

Do you do custom surfboards?

Yes! If we don't have a stock board to fit your requirements, we can order a custom version.
Custom boards, depending on the season, can take 2-16 weeks to build locally in Oceanside, California. Rush Orders are an extra $125 and take 2-4 weeks.
Custom pricing and options (color, fin setups, tail design etc.) can be discussed by calling or texting Toby at 760.845.1983

Accessories:

Specific warranties on accessory items are stated on the website with the relevant item.
Basically we want you to be satisfied with EVERY accessory purchased with Culture Supply Co. Reach out to us and if any item fails within a year of purchase and we will ship you out a new one!

Boards:

If a surfboard arrives damaged, let us know immediately and we will start a shipping insurance claim asap and make it right.
Surfboards are action sports equipment so once you wax up the board, there are no warranties or returns.
